I can tell you “about us”…and I will…but first I want to talk about you!
Usually when someone needs a document notarized it is for a legal, financial or medical purpose and unless you are a lawyer, hospital administrator, title/escrow officer or someone else who deals with these types of documents day in and day out, the process can be confusing and intimidating. The documents you have in your hand have serious implications. The last thing you need to further complicate things is a notary who will just show up and put their signature and stamp on a document and then rush off to the next appointment without giving it a second glance.
Not at Notary Ginn…I want to make your signing experience as seamless and enjoyable (yes I said it) as possible. If you need me to print out the documents, I’ll do it. If you want me to scan the documents over to someone, I have a mobile scanner. I don’t have an office because I travel to you….saving you time and money. That is why I am a notary…to make it easier for you!
“About us”…I am a notary public specializing as a loan signing agent. If you are a signing service, title/escrow office, involved in loan origination or real estate I am grateful for your consideration to partner. As I said above I am less about me and more “about you”. If I am at the signing table then I am there to represent you and serve your clients as my clients.
